This was my second stay here and it did not improve. I tried to use the remote to turn on the TV, but couldn’t get it to turn on. I looked for buttons to manually turn the TV on, but couldn’t find them. When I showered there was only one towel and one hand towel. I didn’t have a towel to put down on the floor so that when I stepped out of the shower I would prevent the floor from being wet all night. It had snow 10” inches the previous days, but the parking lot had not been plowed. Leaving patrons to walk on snow and ice, carrying suitcases, into their room. It also would have been nice to have a few disposable cups to use as needed. But they simply don’t have them available for patrons. Bed was comfortable and they did provide several pillows so you could sleep. Staff was nice and the room was clean
