Hotel Riu Emerald Bay - All Inclusive
The staff was very courteous and helpful! The only thing that was annoying about the whole experience was the bands that played on the beach. The noise was awful as three bands were playing at once all afternoon and into the evening. If something could be done about that situation I would return ...

Hotel Playa Mazatlan
Pros were Cleanliness, staff, location, beach, quiet room and bed in the north tower. Cons, buffet food no hot, bands loud in afternoons at the beach area, drinks not great, wish I would have NOT done the all inclusive.
