Villa Mirador is located in Mazarrón and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway or a longer winter stay. The 80 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with quality beds, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. The third bedroom is the tower room, which is especially appealing for children.



The property features a large garden with a spacious pool and fantastic views over the region due to its elevated position, making it perfect for families and friends. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, dishwasher, and heating. A baby cot and high chair are also available on request.

Pros: La casa estaba genial, era lo que buscábamos tranquilidad y privacidad, pero al mismo cerca de núcleo urbano para realizar las compras o una pequeña escapada. El trato para el alquiler fue correcto y muy serios en todo lo hablado. La casa cuenta con todas las comodidas necesarias, resaltar la piscina y zona chill out que usamos hasta más no poder😃😃 y la barbacoa. Sin duda, con ganas de repetir. Gracias por dejarnos usar vuestra casa Maravilla.😍😍

Pros: Casa Mirador ist ein sehr sauberes Ferienhäuschen in dem es an nichts fehlt! Das ganze Village ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum entspannen! Zum Strand und in den Supermarkt sind es wenige Fahrminuten. Perfekt für Familien die dem Massentourismus entkommen möchten! Das Turmzimmer konnten wir leider nicht wirklich nutzen, da man nur von außen Zugang hat, und somit nicht für jüngere Kinder geeignet ist! (Nachts würde man sie nicht hören, etc...) Alles in Allem ein wirklich schöner, entspannter Urlaub! 😊

Pros: Durante una semana (finales de Mayo), hemos estado alojados en Casa Mirador en la urbanización Country Club. El sitio es muy tranquilo y los vecinos son amables, para gente que le gusta viajar con su mascota es buen sitio, hay zonas para pasear con ellos. La casa es acogedora y limpia y los propietarios son muy atentos y amables. Es un sitio donde tenéis asegurado sol y buen clima. Si buscáis tranquilidad os la recomiendo. Saludos! Cristina
