The AC did was not working. We had three rooms and didn't work in any of them. Breakfast we good, staff was friendly. Very safe cul-de-sac and wakable. Great location near several main streets and metros.

"There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one.
