The owner is friendly, helpful and accommodating. "If you are visiting the Picos I would recommend you stay here. It is just outside Potes but quiet and relaxing in a beautiful small village with lovely views over the valley. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were good,breakfast was excellent . There are points to charge your electric car and a beautiful pool. There is even a bodega on site selling very good wines A good place to stay in rural Spain"

"The setting was spectacular, we had good weather and an excellent clear view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace and our balcony. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly and kind and the breakfast spread was on a par with other paradors we had visited. Yes the floors are creaky and plumbing is ancient but we loved being there and the Parador is due to close shortly for major renovation. "
