  • If you need plenty of space for your next Chautauqua Institution experience, look no further! This 7-bedroom, 4-bath home on the North end can comfortably accommodate that larger family gathering inside and out. And on-site parking.*



    Four bedrooms are located on the main floor, where there is also a sitting room with a futon for additional sleeping. Upstairs, you'll find a full bath, three more bedrooms, an open loft that offers additional sleeping with two twin beds. Gather friends and family around the spacious dining area after cooking a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the natural light of the enclosed sunroom or head outside to the picnic table and enjoy the lovely outdoor space. If there's a cool evening during your stay, there's a wood burning fireplace in one of the two comfy family rooms.

Family Getaway

We had 12 adults travel to this location. House was as described, clean, and had plenty of space. Maybe slightly dated but everything functioned. Included plenty of supplies to cook. Great walking throughout neighborhood.
