AC, W/D, Bosch oven and induction stovetop, and an office for privacy or concentration, with a sofa that converts into a firm, no-springs queen bed. The home's open design means you're virtually one with the beautiful Chautauqua Lake. It's just steps down the lawn and then you're on the dock. Swim, fish, relax.
