This house is conveniently located within walking distance to Evergreen Outfitters, which offers kayak and paddle board rentals, and yoga at Lakeside Park. Lake access and boat launch are available directly across the street. Dock rentals may be available at Chautauqua Marina. Pratt House is perfect for year-round vacations to Chautauqua and nearby Peek'n Peak Resort.
