"This resort is world-class at a very affordable rate! The facilities are updated and modern and the hospitality staff is outstanding. The hotel offers three meals a day including a 5-course chef-prepared dinner every night! The resort is focused on wellness and relaxation and is located in a beautiful area of Austria. "The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity. Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance. I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. I loved how close it was to transit and was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. I did find the tub/shower combination a little challenging at first but once I figured it out I didn't end up with a puddle on the floor."

"8:15 pm I received a call from the front desk and I replied we would have been there by 8:45. Upon our arrival at 8:45 we were asked if we wished to have dinner at the hotel. We replied affirmatively and we were told rather abruptly to hurry up because the kitchen was about to close and to go immediately to the restaurant area without even going in our room… the waiter and the rest of the staff were very polite and absolutely amazing was the young Indian lady that was there for breakfast. Unfortunately the lady, probably the owner, that was at the reception was rude beyond words. "
