They gave us great restaurant recommendations and booked the reservations for us as well. Per accedere alle stanze che danno sul giardino è presente una zona con muffa sul muro con acqua che cola dal soffitto. Sicuramente si trova di meglio in zona allo stesso prezzo. Per il resto belle piscine in particolare quella sul tetto con vista sulla vallata. Peccato perché la struttura di per se sarebbe molto bella, manca una gestione attenta, sembra che ognuno si autogestisca senza una regia. "

"The Parkhotel Matrei has some of the most attentive and friendly staff I’ve met. The hotel gave off “home” feelings and not commercial hotel. The convenience of a front parking lot, gas station & grocery nearby was great and the rooms were perfect size for me and my many bags, as well as a space for me to get my work done. I was also given a holiday gift bag because they knew I’d be alone for the holiday. Just a great place, words don’t do them justice. Definitely will be returning some day!"
