The layout is a bit quirky but worked well for us because the 2 downstairs bedrooms are across a room from each other, affording privacy. "A lovely well positioned private bach at the northern end of Waihi beach just a 5 min stroll to the beach. More than adequate size for large family with 2 double bedrooms and children’s bunk room, Excellent amenities and especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. Had a lovely time with the family and my parents which was made even more memorable being able to take our furry friend too. Great instructions from the owner. Highly recommend."
