Come see this Gorgeous brand-new house. 3 bedroom and 2 bath. Anyone would love this brand-new house just recently built sitting on 5 acre. Enjoy the beautiful Northern AZ weather. 20 minutes from the lakes, Prescott, awesome hiking, etc. You gotta see the Amazing views! The house has tons of windows that let you enjoy the amazing views of Northern Arizona.

Tranquil country stay

The property was as described, the host was friendly and responsive. The only 'con' is that you have to take dirt roads a short while which could be a challenge if it is raining or snowy. This was not an issue for us because the weather was perfect while we were there. We would stay again.

The house was VERY clean and communication with the host, George, was excellent. The bottles of water and chocolate upon entering were well appreciated. Highly recommend this stay!

Super quiet location

Exactly what we were looking for. Very quiet location, good base for many hiking trails. House was comfortable, clean and most importantly warm (snowed). George even delivered a tea Kettle for us the day we checked in.

Over rated/over priced

Home was not very clean. There was stains on rug in bedroom and stains on comforter in master bedroom. The refrigerator was not cleaned very well. Also some cabinets had garbage in them which tells me they were not wiped down. Master bedroom closet was locked so unable to use. Had to use closet in other bedroom. Rug in family room must not have been vacuumed for a while. Dirt/hair filled my vaccum canister full. My opinion owner needs to fire cleaning people. Home is not worth nightly rate.

Relaxing getaway

Was nice to be away from the city. Everything in the house was clean and worked well. Kitchen stocked better than most. Beautiful views.
