This elegant apartment is fully equipped and furnished, with two bedrooms featuring a queen-size bed (sleeps 2 each) plus a queen-size sofa bed (sleeps 2), allowing it to easily accommodate 6 people (an additional charge of $15.00 per night applies for each person beyond the fourth) in this apartment. It also includes sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and pillows.

The kitchen includes: a sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, glasses and wine glasses, cleaning supplies, pots, and a table.

The bathroom features a shower, hot water, towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, soap, and a shower cap.

Includes, among other things: a smart TV and Roku system, Wi-Fi, an ironing board and iron, air conditioning, a smoke detector, a closet with shelves, and cleaning supplies such as a broom, dustpan, bucket, and mop.

Parking is private and available on our premises. We have one parking space available per apartment.

Our facilities are connected to and rely exclusively on public utilities provided by the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority. Reservations are made with the guest’s acknowledgement and understanding of this condition; therefore, any interruption in these utilities will not limit or result in the termination of the reservation or any type of refund.

The current Executive Order of Puerto Rico, issued to safeguard the health of our guests and staff, took effect on August 16 and will remain in effect from August 23 onward.

This new executive order requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination certification (card).
Or proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours or less prior to the day of check-in.

This proof will be submitted via a traveller declaration that the guest is responsible for completing as part of their “check-in.”

The law stipulates that individuals who fail to comply may face fines of up to 6 months in prison or a fine not exceeding $5000, or both penalties at the court’s discretion.

For this reason, our guests agree and commit to submitting this proof once their reservation is confirmed.
Failure to comply with this new order will result in the cancellation of the reservation and will not entitle the guest to any refund.

The use of face masks and social distancing in the surrounding areas and common areas of the facilities will continue to be required.

All responsibility for the physical and public safety regarding the use of the apartment shall be the sole responsibility of the guest making the reservation.

Pets, SMOKING on the premises, and holding parties or activities in the apartments or common areas are not permitted. Any violation of these rules will result in a penalty of $250.00. If you have a service dog, you must complete the Liability Waiver Form. Additionally, you will be required to pay a deposit of $250 towards your reservation.

We have a strict cancellation policy, which means there will be no refunds once the required amount has been paid.

We provide personalised customer service via text message or phone calls through our phone number, which is shared immediately after the reservation is made.

The reservation will be charged in full at the time of booking.
