El aire no funcionaba bien el Internet mucho menos. Nunca me preguntaron si necesitaba algun cambio de sabanas, toalla y si necesitaba papel sanitario. Y la habitación no era como la que me enviaron supuestamente donde me iba a quedarme.

Comfortable apartment, towels and sheets were clean and bed was comfy. The overall cleanliness was not good. Kitchen counter, floors and bed headboard were dirty. Wiping down everything would have made a great difference.
