"We have two small children (ages 4 and 6). The onsite pools, beach, arcade were the perfect entertainment for them all week. The hotel itself needs to be updated. For the price you pay per night PLUS the daily resort fee, the rooms should be updated, the room cleaning everyday was awful. There would be garbage left from the previous day, sand still in the carpets and bed and they wouldn't always replenish the coffee in the room. I found this to be very off-putting for such an expensive hotel. Also, this hotel is geared towards families. The pool and beach is filled with children and they charge $55/day for a resort fee, yet there are NO LIFEGUARDS at the pool or beach ! This was the biggest concern I had as parents are also on vacation and trying to manage a few things at once and trying to enjoy themselves. I have been to 3 star hotels and a lifeguard was always present at both the pool and beach. The restaurants are expensive, but the food was delicious so it was worth it for convenience as well. I would return bc of the amenities, but wish they would offer more for what we pay."

"Lovely home that provided a great backyard including swimming pool and dining area. The home included beach, chairs, and a wagon, which was a great feature and unexpected surprise. Everyone had plenty of room to relax spend time with family and have quiet time. Very walkable able to get to the grocery store Restaurants and shops. Dolphins off of the dock almost daily!! "Being the owner of a large Vacation Rental company myself I can’t help but eyeball everything when I rent a vacation rental. This home was amazing. I traveled with a total of 7 other adults and we did not lack for space.Our rooms were all perfectly anointed with plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. The beds we’re very comfortable and the rooms themselves were spacious and with plenty of dresser and closet space.The cooking and dining area was well suited for entertaining offering a large open area from the island and a beautiful dining room that sits eight easily. Plenty of cookware, dishes and glasses provided.The pool area offers many areas to sit while the pool itself looks new. PLUS…there is an absolutely beautiful new glass outside sauna. Just gorgeous! If your a grill master look no further its top of the line and new! You could cook for 15 easily on it!Large tv’s through out with comfortable sitting area.As with any beach rentals the towels and laundry can be an issue. Not to worry to large front load washers and one very large front load dryer that could handle it all at normal cycle.As for beach accessories they have it all conveniently stored in the outside shed..chairs, umbrellas and wagon. I would not hesitate to rent this house again but I have a feeling it will probably be booked solid next time we try. If you get the chance to stay here don’t hesitate!!!"

"The house exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect, and the house had so many fun activities ….pool floats, kayaks, sand toys, fishing rods, bikes, grill, etc. so much to do you never had to leave the house. Check in was easy and communication was top notch. We saw manatees and dolphins in the canal right outside the house!! The house was clean and well maintained but slightly dated. But that had zero impact on how much fun we had and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The bathrooms were clean and had amazing showers and excellent water pressure. The AC worked great and there were plenty of fans for anyone who need an extra boost or cool air. The only thing to be aware of is the 5 and 6 bedroom are attached. Perfect for kids or families but not as much privacy as the other bedrooms. We would stay here again in a heart beat!! Don’t hesitate to book this one. "
