" I’ll give you a real review of Turtle Bay resort.. I loved almost everything about it! Room was cleaned daily and cleaned very very well! Almost all of the staff I encounter was very happy and helpful. If you tip the bartenders you’ll get amazing service. Room had a great view of the ocean. Property was kept clean all around the grounds. Room was nice mins the tv had damage to the screen with a big line down the middle. No big deal as I didn’t really use the tv often. "The resort was really clean. However, there was a smell of mildew in the rooms especially and also through out the resort as if the ventilation there is no good. If you are looking to just relax with an older European crowd this is the resort for you. The food was really good throughout the entire stay."

"Overall the resort is an excellent value. The location is perfect and we loved the three pools especially the one by the ocean. The property is not fancy but everything is in good working order, clean, and maintained well. The only caution I have about the property is while they call it a resort, somethings like cleaning are not full service. They only clean on set days per week and on our five days that meant the day after we arrived was our only opportunity to get our room cleaned. Other days they just do trash and towels. And the only thing they replenish is toilet paper. If you ask for anything else, they direct you to purchase it at their store. These aren’t big things but important to factor if you’re staying there."

"This is a true relaxing oasis. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are not luxury however if you are staying in the ground floor with the pool walk out you will appreciate it. Maintenance should tend to the small roaches in the room/bathroom. This hotel is near a lot of activities as well. Great for solo family or intimate trips."

"I checked in very late, but front desk staff was so heplful and patient. The all-inclusive food was very good (breakfast,dinner). The grab and go cafe was so convenient and thoughtful- which I was able to bring to the beach and enjoy. The on-site direct beach access is definetly what you need in Barbados as the beaches are some of the most beautiful beaches you will ever enjoy. They also offer a water taxiat no additional price to visit the sister properties in which you can enjoy the amenities/grounds as well, wow! The beach is the calmer side as the beaches closer to airport can be rough. Staff was always so helpful, kind, approachable and sweet. Barbados truly has some of the most kindest people I have ever been around. I would absolutely would stay here again!"

The establishment is very accommodating and welcoming!! "We arrived on a Wednesday and check in was fast, the front desk staff was friendly. The TikTok video set an expectation of rum punch being served very differently than the real experience, lol we were handed two little bottles of rum punch, but it was fine, just don’t want anyone to experience something different. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful ocean front view. I do not recommend Water Edge bar/restaurant by the pool, food was cold, service was not friendly we went twice, bad both times. Terrace buffet was wonderful, we wanted the outside experience but the hungry & curious birds took over, we went back inside to enjoy our meal and conversation. The Grille was wonderful great food and service. PLEASE ask for Dianna when you need transportation, she is amazing, very personable and knowledgeable of everything, she felt like family we wanted to stay more days just to spend time with her. Overall I loved the experience and if I’m ever in Barbados again I will stay at the Hilton Resort and will only use Dianna for our transportation."

"The staff are amazing! The hotel was very comfortable. Having a shuttle for pick up and drop off access was a huge help! The breakfast buffet was delicious. Varies options and organic juices. The restaurant lamb was ON POINT! Drinks were affordable. A perfect stay for a business trip or vacation. I will definitely be returning when I come back to Barbados. "
