"The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was located right off the interstate which was convenient. I gave the location a 4 out 5 because if you’re looking for a location that has many restaurants/stores you will need to drive about 15-20 minutes. No big deal to do that. We would stay here again."

"We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our daughter's graduation from VCOM. We rented both Claytor Escape and Green Cape Cottage. We enjoyed the kayak, paddle boards and swimming off the dock. "Our family loved the beautiful Farmhouse! The house was neat, organized, and very clean! The outside areas were wonderful as well- all ages enjoyed the games and activities provided by the hosts:) The property is stunning and a perfect place to unwind and relax. "Our favorite thing about this property was the awesome river access. The kids had the best time playing in the river and the huge yard. The house had plenty of space for two families with children. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I would recommend having a few more utensils in the kitchen and more towels/wash cloths for guests but overall this is a great place to escape reality and just chill. We truly enjoyed our quiet, secluded long weekend on the river."

"This was a sweet house. Very clean, with lots of places to sit outside. Unfortunately for us, we did not have good weather, so we were restricted to indoors. Anyone thinking of renting should be warned that there is a single bath on the 1st floor, with 2 bedrooms upstairs.
