I have booked this property for three weeks and I was given a studio with two rooms which is excellent but with no facilities. No table or bench top with chairs, no kitchen, TV not working.

Hi Jerry, thanks for the feedback. I believe the TV was swapped over for you this morning. Regarding the facilities, our 2 bedroom studios are as advertised - 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small lounge area with tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge. The studios are more 'budget style' accommodation. We also have the full size Central apartments directly opposite the hotel and these feature full kitchens and lounge room, 1 or 2 bedrooms, laundry facilities etc. Please let us know should you have any questions. I would like to praise all staff’s from the time of booking in every staff member was helpful respectful and nothing was out of their way. Housekeeping staff was great bistro staff and the food was great also the gaming room was good. The hotel was central for us in regards to Woolworths and some food restaurants. Thought when I booked the accommodation i asked for a room with kitchen. And the only thing I will complain about is the bed which maybe a change of mattress. I will book again with the hotel. Thank you once again.

It is in the heart of Mawson Lakes. Similar to the Bella Vista in Sydney with the lake in the mid of the suburb. The unit is spacious. Woolworth is just next to the building, very convenient.

Second time staying at the property and generally cannot fault. We stayed in the apartments across the road as it suited our needs as a family of 4. If you are planning on staying here, just keep in mind, the apartments can be quite noisy - the first night I thought someone was letting themselves into our room. Hotel can't do anything about it, nor would I expect them to, but just something to keep in mind. The only other thing is that the carpets could probably use a good clean, but as its high traffic, I appreciate the difficulties around that. Otherwise, we will be back.

Hi Jessica, thanks for your feedback on your recent stay with us. Great to read the apartment suited your needs as a family, they are a good size apartment. We do have a duty manager on 24/7, so if guests ever have an issue with noise, we encourage them to let us know so we can investigate the issue, and put a stop to any noise that is disruptive to our guests. The carpets are cleaned regularly, but sometimes if a stain has been sitting a few days before we are made aware, they can be stubborn to get out. Staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant very nice, food great, room presentable and tidy, but only down fall was state of the bed, mattress was unacceptable, very uncomfortable and hard to sleep, Hotel notified about this problem with thw mattress on departure

Two bedroom studio was clean and bed very comfortable. The bathroom had a washing machine and dryer which was very handy. The lounge chair was cracked and needs replacement. Parking was very full every day and difficult to find a park however did like that the parking was inside a gate.

Hi Hardeep, thanks for the feedback on your stay. I can see you stayed in one of our 2 bedroom studios - these are more the 'budget friendly' option of accommodation at the hotel. They are advertised as stair access only and 150 metres up from the main hotel, but it would have been difficult with bags and kids! We also have larger apartments with lift access directly opposite the hotel. Maybe look at one of these on your next visit. Thanks

Property was not cleaned properly following the last houseguest. There as food remaining in the pantry, grease stains on the microwave & hairs on the shower wall tiles. I had to request a tea towel & more toulet paper as there was only 1.25 rolls of toilet paper

The apartment was large for us, 3 people. It was clean, have comfy beds and pillows and everything we need in the kitchen was in there. Location was great and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets near the area. Also safe to park the car in a secured area. We will stay here again!

I like how close everything is and free parking. Cleanliness wasn’t the greatest this time I made complaint to hotel. Cleaners really need to check everything as after complaint I then found oven tray full of dirty oil when I went to use it. Every time prior I have enjoyed my stay hoping cleaning is up to scratch when I stay again.

I love staying here it’s spacious and close to everything. I have a few bookings here over the remainder of the year. A few improvements needed restocking of toilet paper, coffee station and towels daily as with 4 in an apartment not enough. Also 2 pillows per person would be great 1 worn out pillow each resulted in horrible sleep.
