"Excellent property and excellent views, great ambience outside the room, externally everything looks and feels like a luxury resort. Inside the room is not pleasant, everything is low class / middle class. Service is near zero. No room service not even can you ask for a favor to be brought to the room, like a beer or a sprite. Food spread & quality is very average. Breakfast finishes at 9-30 am, so you can’t be lazy at this resort if you want breakfast. Restautant and reception area ambience is zero, but once again, outside views are great. "

"Only hotel in my opinion worth staying in Lonavala. The place is just stunning, been so beautifully curated, the structure tells a story of brutalism meets nature, much like the surrounding landscape. The team of people managed by the RDM Dipen are lovely, the restaurant Skylix is so special! Love loved our dinning experience, specially acknowledgement to the Head Chef Sunil, the bartenders Rohin and Akash. I thank Om and his team in House keeping for looking after us. And the young man with a moustache by the pool (sorry to have forgot your name). Ladies is the Spa - Mimi and Lucy. We had such an amazing memorable stay, It did not start that way but the whole team turned it around to make it quite unforgettable. We were greeted by a lovely sitar player for breakfast every day, and welcomed by friendly faces all day. I can’t recommend this play highly enough! Thank-you so much N&H "

"Staff was not knowledgeable about what was required at the check-in and kept blaming Expedia for the goof ups. I arrived late night on the day of my check-in and had some senior citizens with me and they would not let us check-in bcos one of the 5 guests did not have Adhar card with them. I had my Drivers license, Passport copy and also my Pan card and they insisted they needed my Adhar card only and at that point we insisted that if they wanted anything specifically they should have listed that in the booking email which they did not and they were not cooperative and my all other guests had to suffer. Eventually I managed to wake my 83 year old father from his sleep close to midnight to get copy of my Adhar card. They blamed expedia for not giving us the right instructions all the time. Never staying here again. Definitely need explanation from Expedia why we had to go through this."

"This was our second visit to Rhythm and this feedback is purely based on recent experience and has nothing to do with Room, Staff, amenities which over all was excellent. 2 less stars are for Inhouse Food. 1. When we take a package inclusive of all Meals, we expect a good variety taste enhancement. 2. Unfortuently this time flavours were all repetitive and kids options were quite a few. 3. Considering Rhythm stands among the 5*category and amount we spend for the stay, we expect that quality which was missing this time. 4. Staff was pretty good who arranged a options for Kids and we are very thankful for all the attention Pooja gave and ensured everything is in place for our kids."
