An unforgettable stay for 4 weeks at Gites Freyssines. Carole was lovely and very responsive and catered to almost every request we had. House was spacious, private and relaxing. All the amenities one would want in the kitchen it had too alongside 2 large fridge freezers. The only issue we found was a lot of damp in the downstairs bedroom, there are a lot of bugs so we were reluctant to open windows so I think window mesh would be a good investment for the property to allow guests to open windows and not worry about bugs flying in. If you are squeemish around bugs and wasps I would not recommend as there are a lot around, however we came across no mosquitos which was a huge relief.The unheated pool area was lovely too. Clearly very well kept and just a lovely area to relax in. The property being pet friendly and lovely large open spaces meant our dog had a lovely holiday too. Around the area the nearby town of Le Bugue had everything you need too including weekly markets and large supermarkets. We would recommend to anybody visiting to eat at the nearby golf club too. The food was amazing!Thank you so much again Carole! We will be sure to pay another visit if we come to the area again.
