"My stay here was very good, these rooms and the hotel itself is fairly new. Everything is in good condition, it’s a bit noisy but I’m sure all hotels in Cairo face this with it being at 24 hour city, things open till late night. The bed sheet was a little dirty upon arrival, but it was an easy quick fix it happens. The best part of my stay was meeting Mostafa, he was the kindest gentleman I’ve met, I just wanted to take him home. So helpful and full of knowledge, he went above and beyond for me...

La clé de la chambre ne permet pas d'ouvrir la porte pour entrer et pire : pour sortir. Il faut appeler l'accueil au 7eme étage pour qu'on vienne nous ouvrir. En cas d'urgence ( incendie, séisme .. ) les clients sont bloqués . Notre sécurité n'est pas assurée. "
