Beds aren't comfortable; otherwise, everything was good.

We love staying here!

Room was good, clean, staff was courteous, the overall hotel was good. My reason for the 3 stars is that this hotel says they have parking, but they don't tell until you arrive that you need to forcefully use their valet system because their "parking" is further away and you can't go park your car by yourself. I was charged an additionally $120 ($60 per day, so thank god I was only there for 2 days) for using their valet, which parked my car on a corner lot less than 100 feet away, so I even went over to get it myself when I left. Having a 40% increment ($120 plus the $300 for the room) is not good. If you don't have your own parking then just say that on the pages where you do the reservations so I can make a choice. One of the reason I choose this hotel was that it said it had parking as I know by experience that in New Orleans you need to plan where to park.

Rooms were charming and clean. Nice staff and location.

The walls in the rooms are very thin so you could hear talking and loud voices. The quiet time was not observed. Loud and fast cars on the street in front. The gym water machine was not clean and there was no sanitizer or cloths to clean the equipment. Service staff were friendly on and off.
