- A bright and warm living room featuring a beautiful fireplace
- A piano, ideal for music lovers and intimate evenings
- Guest toilets
- Direct access to the garden and outdoor terraces
- Two staircases lead to the first floor, giving access to the bedrooms and bathrooms
First Floor / Night Area
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140x200 cm, small chest of drawers, one fan
- Bedroom 2: double bed 160x200 cm, small chest of drawers
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and double washbasin
