This luxury apartment with a seaview is overlooking the sea and the city of Rijeka. It has a great location, 10 minutes from the city, 5 minutes from the picturesque fishing village of Volosko and the royal austrian architecture in the town of Opatija, also known as the "Croatian Monaco". Close by to some great mediterranean inspired restaurants and only an hour's drive to the mountains of Gorski Kotar and the wineries and restaurants of Istria. The apartment has a fully equipped, modern and large kitchen, 2 walk-in bathrooms, separate toilet and a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. There is a peaceful, large garden where you can relax and enjoy a BBQ. You can also keep a bike in the garage and explore the nearby bike trails that hike up the mountain of Ucka which is behind the property.
