"What a wonderful family run complex. Great location, easy to get to other places or just stay and never leave. Raffi runs the place with the help of his family and in-laws. The pizza chef is his father-in-law and mother-in-law runs the kitchen. His father runs the 'farm' and takes care of all the olive trees. Raffi not only runs the place but he has been adding more units and he builds them himself. They are all great units even the older ones. They are all separated with private lawn areas...

"Super schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Parkplatz 100 m entfernt war kein Problem, auch mit Fahrradträger nicht. Die Räder fanden im Appartement statt. Danke, Massimiliano und Tania. Mattinata ist sehr lebendig, im Supermarkt gibt es viele regional Produkte und ein Ausflug nach Monte San Angelico ist nicht weit und wirklich sehenswert. Wir haben verlängert, weil es so schön war. Grazie mille."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, bei geringerer Personenzahl werden einzelne Zimmer verschlossen. Ein größerer Raum war vollständig ohne Möbel ausgestattet, eine Sitzgelegenheit wie Sofa oder Sessel hatten diesen Raum und die Wohnung gut aufgewertet. Eigentümer war nicht vor, nur die eltern. Diese vestanden jedoch kein Englisch, nur italienisch. gut aufgewertet. "
