"The location was good and very peaceful, but also close to the shopping area, which was nice. The staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the bed which was shown at the time of booking was different from the beds available when we reached the hotel. We booked at this hotel specifically because we thought there would be one whole, solid double bed. Instead, the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, with no mattress pad on top. "We chose this hotel as we were travelling with our baby and the amenities such as the pool and free parking were attractive. The hotel is also within walking distance of a bus into town and runs a shuttle service at the weekend. Unfortunately our room was disappointing. The AC system is extremely dated and we ended up having to keep the curtains closed with the windows open in our room to keep the room at a safe temperature for our baby. Upon arrival we had to report a few issues to reception, including mould in the in room coffee machine, which were dealt with within 36 hours with varying degrees of friendliness. We had dinner and breakfast within the hotel and were happy with these. The reception area and restaurant/bar have been finished to a high standard and this is hopefully a sign of things to come in the rest of the hotel. "
