"Easy check-in . Clean room, aircon was spot on! Bed was comfy and they had me checked in early. The location of the property is right next to their tram systems so it can get noisy. Stayed only 1 night instead of the 8 days due to family emergency. And yet they offered no refund whatsoever. Lost out on money. Heads up, the reception is located opposite road. There is a tourism tax you pay on your arrival which they dont tell you at all.. "

"Breakfast fare / spread was excellent. This is a lovely hotel w very efficient staff manning the front office and kitchen. However, the downsides: no kitchen for lunch or dinner. The eateries and shops are far away, although there is one eatery quite nearby, requiring one to walk out a bit. So, if one is ok w walking for quite a distance ( like me, ok, but it was cold outside!) or one has a car/ transport, this is indeed the right place. For me, despite the cold, I enjoyed the long walk on cobbled pavements, and the very courteous and super efficient young crew manning the front office and kitchen. Crew members like Jaoa ( from front office, and anor João ( kitchen), Stephanie, Lina, Daniela need special mention. They were all extremely helpful in so many ways incl directions. I will surely return on a repeat visit- soon. "

"Great experience, staff very friendly, helpfull and upbeat. Hotel does have interior parking but almost impossible to enter...a mercedes wagon won't be able to enter as the angle is tight and turning. We Were lucky to park on the street but we had the inconvinience to bring to the hotel 6 pieces of luggage as we didnt want to leave in car, just in case.other than that I truly recommend, tons of great restaurants, near rhe icean/beach (two blicks away) great boardwalk. I ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ "

The beds in this hotel are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very modern (for example, my bathroom had a large shower and even a bidet. The best part of this hotel is the value as I only paid 77 euros for 1 night for room."
