Two-story Key West style stilted home in the heart of Matlacha! You will have the home to yourself! The first floor is is perfect for entertaining with screened in porch and hot tub. Second floor is private and tranquil with screened in balcony overlooking the water and treetops! Home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with additional bonus space with trundle bed. Home is perfect for fishing or kayaking with boat lift and cleaning station. There is a double driveway that is perfect for boaters bringing a trailer. Visit all there is offer - walking distance to Blue Dog, Perfect Cup, and take a boat ride to Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa, or Boca Grande!

Excellent place to stay for our short fishing trip. The accommodations are exactly as described. The owner is very responsive and accommodating.

Peaceful and close to anything

I booked the stay here because it was priced right, on the water, had a boat lift and was close to my meet on the water. Host is very responsive everything is there that is needed for a week away or a few days. Hot tub was a plus. It would be a great place for a fisherman with cleanint table on the dock.
