"The pictures on your booking site are not at all a true reflection of the hotel. The hotel was dirty, bedding and pillows were also dirty. Shower in the bathroom did not work they replaced this with a bucket and cup. The way window in the bedroom was broken which they couldn’t fixed, so their solution was the draw the curtains to fix the problem. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"Rooms were pathetic with dirty blankets and toilet flush not working, no proper body wash and body soap. Also toilets were smelling like public toilets, you would not like to stand for more than a minute. So I fought with them to give me another room and cleanliness wise it turned out to be the same… And so I thought this would be it how bad can it get and within few minutes electricity went away and they told me that they are turning on the generator… And after I went away and came back at...

"I had booked deluxe room but on arrival they gave us ordinary standard room .also the room was horrible,it was not painted ,toilets were stinking ....overall pathetic rooms n horrible service . Had already paid and reached with the family so had no option of changing the hotel "
