The Perfect Degree is a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Sandy Bay holiday home. Set in a private subdivision, this well appointed home offers peace and tranquility.

This spacious, modern Sandy Bay holiday home is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and indulge in amazing views of Sandy Bay. After a day of activities that can be accessed around the Tutukaka coast, sit back and enjoy the privacy and magnificent 180 degree views of the coastline and farmland that this 19-acre property has to offer! This single storey, Master Builder award-winning home offers 150 square metres of decking - ideal for soaking up the sunshine, fresh air, and serene surroundings!

At this Sandy Bay accommodation you will find an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area - plus, there is a separate TV room.

The Perfect Degree has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms are each fitted with a queen bed. The third bedroom provides 1 set of bunks and 1 queen pull-out sofa bed. The living area offers a further 2 pull-out sofa beds. Additionally, you will find a spare queen mattress in the garage should it be required.

Please note Sandy Bay is 5-10 minute drive from the house, and 15 minutes from Matapouri.

82 Sandy Bay Farms road - domestic water supply issues and exterior conditions

Hi,I phoned during our stay about the state of 82 Sandy Bay Farms road. The biggest concern was the smell of the water from the faucets, especially in the showers and baths. The water had a significant sewage smell to it. It lingered on all of us after we've been through a shower or a bath. The exterior of the house was also dirty. I've sent some photos in a separate email. There were spiderwebs everywhere, one of the white tails got into the house, but I got rid of it before it got close to my child. Even if the facades are left as it was, the courtyard could at minimum have been swept. I'm sending this for two reasons. Firstly that I hope this reaches the owner, with the assumption that he doesn't know. Secondly, I feel that we've paid a reasonable amount for the house for a sentimental weekend, but the state of the house and issues with domestic water supply took away from the experience. We had a good weekend overall, but there is a bit of savory feeling about the weekend. I trust this will reach the right people. Kind Regards,

Loved this property, the house itself is great and the views are lovely.

Loved this property, the house itself is great and the views are lovely. The only downsides were that the cleaning could be improved and bedding provided could do with an upgrade, we provided our own linen so that was not really an issue but thought it worth noting for future guests. Otherwise the house was magic and we had a very enjoyable stay.
