"We really enjoyed our stay at this spot while visiting our son for Plebe Parents Weekend at USNA. Had plenty of space to relax and unwind and communication was great throughout. One thing that wasn't as clear until arrival was that this is a guest house above garage next to main house where owner resides - therefore the pool/hot tub/outdoor space isn't private but shared. Wasn't a big deal to us but could to know beforehand. Really enjoyed the peaceful setting and was great to have the pool to cool off in with hot August humidity."

"Had wedding weekend at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, Property was perfect for what we needed, less than 10 minutes door to door. View is outstanding and very relaxing. Yard is completely fenced so if you’re traveling with your dog it’s exactly what you need. If you’re not traveling with a pet the house is also great for you, other than the dog bowls left for convenience there is nothing that would indicate there were dogs there in the past. Surrounding streets are clean and quiet and great for walking."

"Donna was wonderful - great communication and everything was clean, organized and ready to go for a few families staying for the weekend for a wedding on Kent Island. Plenty of beds and room to spread out, kitchen had everything we needed, and the Marina across the street with a bar, restaurant, and small beach was an added bonus!"

"The property definitely met our expectations with its expansive bay views. Though the house is quite large there are several intimate areas for enjoying the views, reading, watching a movie or hanging out. Sitting out on the deck or dock was a favorite. Location was good for day tripping to Annapolis or St. Michael’s. I have no reservations recommending this property."

"The grounds of the property are beautiful and well maintained, and the pool was enjoyable. However, prospective guests should be aware that the pool is not entirely private, as members of the owner’s family used it on most days during our stay.The host was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating, but unfortunately the house itself did not meet our expectations. The biggest issue was accessibility. The stairs leading to the bedrooms were extremely steep, winding, dark, and felt unsafe, especially since there was inadequate lighting. There were also multiple levels throughout the home with uneven steps, making it difficult to move around safely. I ended up sleeping on a sofa because I was uncomfortable using the stairs to access the bedrooms.The kitchen was modern and updated and became the main gathering space for our group. Unfortunately, it was also the only area where the air conditioning was not functioning properly, which made it uncomfortable during warmer periods. The kitchen was also only minimally equipped.Other drawbacks included limited Wi-Fi coverage, which was only reliable in one room, and the fact that there was only a single television located in the living room.Overall, while the host was excellent and the outdoor grounds were lovely, the layout, accessibility challenges, and lack of amenities made the house itself disappointing for our stay."

"The entire group enjoyed their stay for one night before we could check-in at the nearby wedding venue on Friday. Adam was amazing at communicating and making us feel welcome. The house is even better than the photos and spotless and it was the perfect place to rest from our out of state journey and get ready for the big weekend. Thank you again and we will be back!!"
