"There is was no housekeeping to clean the room. We had to call front desk to get clean towels and while staying we emptied our trash cans daily. Honestly I am not sure how the hotel can justify charging the resort fees when I was the housekeeper during my 5 days stay. We did have Wi-Fi but that was the only perk that we received during our stay. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. This seems to be a common issue with hotels since Covid charging resort fees and not providing anything in return."

I booked this hotel in part because they had a pool, and did not see anything in the app about it only being open seasonally. When we arrived, we found out the pool was closed. We checked out without a half hour or so, but they would not refund our stay. I reached out to the manager, and she refused to refund the night because the hotel was fully booked.
