O apartamento é muito bom, estava bem organizado e a Sra Patrícia que nos recebeu foi muito educada e atenciosa, é apenas muito estressante a portaria no condomínio, mesmo a placa do veículo já ter sido cadastrada pelo proprietário para nosso acesso, a cada entrada ficávamos sempre muito tempo na portaria para nos identificarmos e informar que a placa já estava cadastrada.
