The rooms have been recently done up and are cosy and comfortable. Hot water and heating works perfectly. Staff are very friendly and a really nice touch is the afternoon tea served at about 4pm which lovely after a day on the mountain! Overall great stay

Such a beautiful hotel - we had an amazing stay. The room was spacious, perfect for us and baby. Loved the spa experience as well. The only letdown was that there was no air conditioning - understand it's a winter location but it does get hot in summer and we struggled a bit without it. Also no mini fridge to store cool drinks or snacks. Otherwise a wonderful experience in a stunning place.
