"Rooms were run down, terrible stains on curtains, walls scraped and couch looked worse for wear. Despite non smoking premises- second floor had constant odor of marjuana and smoke. Staff at front very pleasant and breakfast options were sufficient. Pool on site convenient for stay."

"Backyard outside river view was incredible and cottage was cute. BUT . . . it was infested with ants particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. The outside cushions (not the same ones in the pictures) are in bad shape and had spider webs all over them. Hot tub had dirty filters and the cover was moldy. ..."
