Located in MASSERET, picturesque village of limousin in the heart of a green countryside halfway (45 ') of LIMOGES, capital of porcelain and BRIVE.
Very family-friendly lake (Label Blue Flag) 3 km from the house at the foot of a forest of 1000 hectares with supervised sandy beach, playgrounds for children, miniature golf, petanque, tennis, bar restaurant.
Nearby tourist sites: Uzerche, Pompadour and its national stud farm (15 '), classified villages of Turenne, Collonges la rouge (45'), and those of Lot and Dordogne (1H / 1H20)
