Aria di Mare is one of three private, independent apartments located within the large grounds of Villa la Ventura. It consists of two rooms on the ground floor and a bedroom on the ground floor (attic), and is tastefully furnished in a rustic, functional, and cosy style. On the ground floor, there is a living room and kitchen that open directly onto the private garden, featuring a gazebo equipped with a table for outdoor dining, as well as the shared park where the large swimming pool (9.75 x 4.88 x 1.32 m) is located. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs. You’ll also find complimentary coffee, sugar, tea, mineral water, and cookies. Also on the ground floor, the house features a spacious double bedroom—which can accommodate a cot or a baby bed—and a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower. On the upper attic floor, there is a bedroom with two beds singoli.La. The house has mosquito screens on all windows and is equipped with air conditioning.<br>The house can also be connected via an internal passageway to the adjacent “Giorno di Sole” apartment and rented together.<br>A stay at Villa la Ventura guarantees guests a holiday filled with peace and relaxation.<br>We’re very close to the sea and the beach resorts of Viareggio, Torre del Lago, and Marina di Vecchiano. In your private garden, under the shade of a gazebo, you can enjoy a meal or relax with a glass of chilled prosecco. On hot days, a dip in the pool (9.75 x 4.88 x 1.32 m) is a wonderful way to unwind. You’ll also find an outdoor shower. In the garden, around the pool, there are plenty of spots to read a good book under the umbrellas, sunbathe on the lounge chairs, paint, play with your children using the garden toys, or go jogging and exercise while immersed in the tranquility of the surroundings.
