The villa is divided into two units: the ground floor, available for vacation rental and listed here, and the two upper floors, occasionally occupied by the owners, who are available to provide any information or assistance.

The most important Tuscan cities, such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence, and the fantastic Cinque Terre, are less than an hour away. The view is amazing, the pool makes all the difference for kids and adults. The disposition of the house is good with enough space and bed for everyone. The bathrooms are well distributed for each one to have their space without disturbing the rest of the house.

Sehr schön, mit ein paar Abstrichen

Das Haus hat eine super Aussicht. Es ist gross und geräumig und hat die Zimmer auf mehrere Etagen verteilt, was gerade, wenn man mit mehreren Personen zusammen ist, auch ein bisschen Privatsphäre verschafft. Eigentlich waren wir sehr zufrieden, doch ein paar Punkte gibt es trotzdem zu bemängeln. Das Schlimmste ist wohl der Gestank der Abwasseranlage ausserhalb des Hauses im Garten. Direkt neben den Zimmern im Untergeschoss. Das stank zum Teil so schlimm, als würde man im Gülleloch übernachten. Dazu kam noch, dass es dort auch eine sehr laute Pumpe hatte, welch auch in der Nacht regelmässig mehrfach jeweils ca. 20-30 Minuten mit viel Lärm die Ruhe störte. Da das Haus nicht klimatisiert ist, musste man also zwischen Gestank und Lärm oder Verzicht auf Abkühlung wählen. Der Sitzplatz mit zwei Tischen wäre eigentlich super, doch leider versperrt die hohe Hecke die sensationelle Aussicht. Sehr schade. Wie schon erwähnt, gibt es keine Klimaanlage, es fehlen aber auch Sonnenstorren oder ähnliches um die Hitze besser aus dem Haus zu bekommen. Der letzte Teil der Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr eng und steil. Dies sollte man in der Beschreibung des Hauses erwähnen. Trotz den oben genannten Punkten, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
