Villa Lavandaia Toscana

A few steps from the small hamlet of Stiava, on the first hills of Massarosa, lies Villa Lavandaia Toscana, which is completely fenced and ideal for those who want to bring their four-legged friend with them. The house can be reached from the automatic gate via a small private road (uphill) of about 100 m, the car park for three cars is on the property and one of them is covered. At your disposal are a barbecue and a large gazebo where you can dine on warm summer evenings. Swimming pool with solarium and deckchairs. The house is spread over two floors. Next to the ground floor there is a small annex with a separate entrance, with kitchen, bathroom and a double sofa bed. Ideal for those who love the sea, from here you can reach the beaches of Versilia in just 7 km. Lucca, 26 km away, is famous for its intact 16th century city walls and numerous medieval churches, hence the name "city of 100 churches". In the centre, the narrow medieval street "Via Fillungo" offers the best shops in town. In Lido di Camaiore (10 km) you will find an elegant promenade with numerous bathing establishments and the famous bridge, where you can admire the spectacular coastal panorama while enjoying an aperitif. Pietrasanta (11 km) is famous for its marble and bronze works and for its historic centre, which is rich in art galleries.
