  • The Sirignano estate, which owes its name to one of the oldest farmhouses in the country, covers an area of 2 hectares, between the central square of Massa Lubrense and its marina. Over 7,000 square meters are destined for the Mediterranean garden, parking, swimming pools, barbecue area. The estate also has 2 outdoor fitness areas (which provide psychological benefits with the involvement of three important neurotransmitters: endorphins, serotonin, melatonin). Over one hectare is dedicated to oranges, olive groves and organic crops. The building dating back to 1728, Palazzo Guerra, stands on an area of 650 square meters divided between arcades, large living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a panoramic terrace with 360° views.

The villa was spectacular, just as shown. All the rooms were perfectly appointed and each was very comfortable.The host, Carmela, answered any questions we had, and with 16 of us there were many. She’s very knowledgeable and easy going, perfect for her job.The grounds were perfect and the views magnificent.All in all everything was 10 for 10.
