Hotel is located in a beautiful location in Massa Lubrense. The owners are a lovely couple who do everything to make one's stay comfortable. Excellent staff. I love the facility.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff very helpful and restsurant attached was excellent. Great food and service. We had a large balcony with a spectacular view.Bus stop very close to hotel. Easy access to Sorrento.Tourist office very close but limited hours. Loved Massa Lubresne.

The breakfast was phenomenal, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Definitely call to check in—it does not seem that they check expedia messages. Parking was relatively close (~100m), and in an easy lot. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel. The town of Massa Lubrense doesn’t have a ton going on, but that makes it a very good base that is pretty uncrowded (even in peak season), and very close to Sorrento, many gorgeous hikes, and close enough to Positano to do an easy day trip.

Our stay was the final stop of our honeymoon and was the absolute best way to end it! The staff is incredible, the complementary breakfast is delicious and the amenities are clean. Transportation to Sorrento is very easy, with the bus stop (€2) is just down the street. If you decide to stay in Massa Lubrense for the evening, you *must* try the restaurant that is associated with the property - il Cantuccio. Amazing sunset views, food & wine! Cannot recommend this stay enough, wish we never had to leave.

Hotel is a wonderful facility in Massa Lubrense. The staff provided exemplary service and the associated restaurant food was excellent. Massa Lubrense is a quick bus ride to Sorrento and the train station for travel opportunities. There are also private guides (I would recommend Tony) and day trips that can be booked through the hotel. The town is a quiet and less busy alternative to Sorrento and the hotel is highly recommended.

I surely recommend this place as the view of the Mediterranean sea and surrounding areas. Place is very near to grocery, shops, restaurants, church! Very safe and not crowded . The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. They are very nice and accommodating! Foods at their restaurant named IL Cantuccio are all delicious and freshly served! Everyday breakfast are all freshly cooked as well as the freshly squeezed juice! Breakfast comes with main course, freshly brewed coffee, fresh juice, desserts, and fresh fruits. Nothing you could ask for more!! We love this place! We love the staff too!! Will surely come back!!!

This property was a very lucky find for us.!! We were in a room with a fabulous terrace overlooking the Med and also Capris. The breakfast in their beautiful dining room was amazing with fresh croissants, fruit, juice, coffee, bruschetta and whatever type of eggs and toast we wanted. This was included and we dined there in the evening as well. The parking was free and a short walk away. There is also a bus that takes you to Sorrento for 1.5 euros. They were happy to accommodate an early start and gave us breakfast earlier than usual. Loved the owner and staff - all were very helpful! Would have NO problem enthusiastically recommending this place. Will definitely go back if in that area again....

The property was nice. However there is really no customer service. When I booked the room online, it was deceiving as I thought the room was much bigger until we got there and then once we got there, they charged us more money to upgrade to the big round that I initially thought I had reserved. We didn’t feel that the staff was friendliest. The one we can add to our stay is that we did get this with our stage each morning. Also, the view was incredible. Definitely pros and cons but when I return, I don’t think so.

Siamo stati ospiti insieme ad una coppia di amici presso il relais Il Pennino ed è stata una sorprendente scoperta, le camere sono spaziose e pulite, all’interno di un palazzo storico al centro di Massa Lubrense. Parcheggio comunale gratuito (il pass viene fornito dalla struttura) comodissimo a circa 100 metri. Il gentilissimo proprietario ci ha assegnato una camera superiore rispetto alla prenotazione con un ampia terrazza dalla quale abbiamo goduto di una vista spettacolare su Capri e sull’intero golfo di Napoli e assistito a magnifici tramonti sul mare. La prima sera abbiamo cenato al ristorante “Il Cantuccio” dello stesso proprietario, che si trova a pochi passi dal relais, abbiamo cenato divinamente e siamo tornati il giorno successivo e grazie alla giornata quasi estiva abbiamo approfittato per godere ancora una volta del panorama sul Golfo pranzando sulla terrazza del ristorante. Menzione particolare per la colazione, ricca, abbondante e deliziosa. Grazie Sergio, torneremo presto a trovarti!
