They have 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, and offer the possibility of 3 free parking spaces directly in the structure.

The first accommodation is 70 square meters and is located on the first floor in a building without a lift: it is therefore necessary to climb the stairs to access it.

The space is composed as follows:
- 30 square meter kitchen equipped with gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine with pods, moka, microwave and toaster, split AC.
- Bedroom I with 1 double bed, wardrobe, desk, split AC.
- Bedroom II with double bed, wardrobe, desk, split AC and sofa bed.
- N.2 toilets outside the rooms with toilet, bidet and shower box
