Casa Filippo is designed on a single level, ideal for couples or small families of up to 4 guests.



Living area: the front glass door brings in the light and leads into a modern open living space, complete with a double sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bedroom and bathroom: the living space extends to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring contemporary design elements and a walk-in rain shower, stocked with a complete range of toiletries for ultimate comfort.

A main gate entrance leads to the property with private parking facilities.

Access is via a staircase passing through a private terrace furnished with Italian designer lounging furniture, an al fresco dining table, an umbrella and a barbecue area.

Splendid views extend out to the sea and the Gulf of Naples.

Casa Filippo sits at the end of a quiet private road that opens directly onto Via Nastro Verde, in a wonderfully scenic and peaceful area just above Sorrento, combining real privacy and open views with easy access to everything:



Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi: a charming village with excellent restaurants, bars, shops and grocery stores, around 15 minutes on foot (a short uphill stretch, or just 1 minute by car).

Bivio Nastro Verde bus stop: about 5 minutes away on foot, with connections to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.

Sorrento: about 9 km away, usually around 20 minutes by car or bus, with direct connections to Capri, Naples and beyond.

Positano: about 14 km away, around 30 minutes by car.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended to better explore the area and enjoy your stay with full flexibility. However, the center of the village can also be reached on foot, and you can easily join our tours with pick-up available from the main road nearby. While having a car offers more independence, guests may also choose to use it only on selected days, as it is possible to move around without it for part of the stay.



Other Things to Note:

Arrival and Departure: check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-in between 10:00 pm and midnight is available upon request and incurs an additional fee of €30, to be paid in cash on arrival.

Usage policy: the property is designed exclusively for residential stays and a relaxed holiday experience. Events, private parties or gatherings are not permitted. External suppliers, including private chefs and catering services, are not permitted; all services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy.

Parking: private parking is available on site. A car is recommended for reaching the property, and please be aware that the road leading to it is steep.

City tax: €3 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights. This tax is required by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense and is payable in cash upon arrival.

Accessibility: access to the property is via a staircase passing through the private terrace, and the approach road is steep.
