Southfox Luxury Villa with Pool

Southfox is a gorgeous, detached villa with a well-tended garden and a pool located in Cinquale, right on the seafront and less than 4 km from the heart of Forte dei Marmi. The location guarantees privacy—it is the only house within a kilometre—as well as the convenience of being just a 1-minute walk from the beach.<br><br>INTERIOR <br><br>The villa has two floors plus a basement. The raised main entrance, accessed via an external curved double staircase located at the back of the villa, leads directly into the living room with a lounge/TV area; on the right is the kitchen with a peninsula and dining table, while to the left of the entrance, a hallway leads to the ground-floor sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (with beds that can be joined) sharing a bathroom with a tub and shower. <br><br>From the living room, a marble staircase leads up to the ground floor, where a hallway opens onto two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom—one with a tub and the other with a shower; both bedrooms open onto balconies overlooking the sea. <br>Also from the living room, a brick staircase leads down to the basement, which consists of a study area with a sofa and armchairs, a double guest room (with beds that can be joined), a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and, finally, the wellness/fitness area featuring a whirlpool tub, a Turkish bath, gym equipment, and a bathroom with a shower.<br><br><br><br> The 3,000-square-meter outdoor area surrounding the villa consists, for the most part, of large, well-maintained green lawns, enhanced by tall trees, plants, and flowers. The area in front of the house is entirely paved with Tuscan terracotta and includes the sun deck and the portico, onto which all the French doors from the living room and kitchen open; here, guests can relax in the outdoor lounge area or in the dining area set up just outside the kitchen. Complementing this is the barbecue area and a wood-burning stove. You can park your car (space for 6 cars) along the private driveway near the staircase leading to the villa’s entrance, at the base of which is a pretty little goldfish pond.<br><br>SWIMMING POOL<br><br>The swimming pool, which can be heated, is open from mid-May until early October. It is located right in front of the villa’s portico and is reached by descending four steps. Rectangular in shape and lined with PVC, it measures 12 x 7 m, with a depth ranging from 1 to 2.20 m; access to the water is via steps and a metal ladder. The terracotta-paved sun deck, sheltered by two tall colonnades that act as a windbreak—with the third side completely bordered by a hedge—is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and speakers. The pool is served by an outdoor bathroom with a changing room and a hot-water shower. It features a chlorine purification system, internal lighting, and heating available upon request.
