Wonderful

This apartment is wonderful and in a great location. Not for people looking for entertainment all day but for those looking for recreation. The unit is wonderfully decorated and we never missed anything. Alain is a great host and even though he was not in the area, he was able to provide us with every help we needed. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Es war sicher vor einigen Jahren eine schöne Wohnung. Die Bilder in der Anzeige sind ja aus der Zeit aber daher leider sehr täuschend. Sehr heruntergekommen und in einem untragbarem Hygienezustand. Die Badezimmer waren beide sehr von Schimmel befallen. Die Abflüsse waren verstopft. Die Betten sind eher eine Art Feldliegen mit Matratzen, wo man jede Feder im Rücken spürt. 60% der Türen schleifen und hängen teils so schief, das sie sich nicht mal verschliessen lassen. Das war vorallem bei der Toilettentür schlimm.Die Lage sonst war okay. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief erst gut, aber als wir die Mängel zur Sprache brachten war Funkstille.Diese Unterkunft ist auf gar keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Einfach nur Toll und top Empfehlungen

Es hat alles super funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet . Liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und ist perfekt vom Trubel runterzukommen.Kinder und Hund hatten viel Spass und habe auch viel um Massa erlebt. Tolle Ausflüge bis in die Berger und ans Meer waren immer möglich. Die nähe zu Cinque terre oder nach Pisa ist mit 1 Stunde autofahrt ohne Probleme möglich. Der öffentliche Strand war sehr sauber und übersichtlich. Für uns aktive Familie mit 2 Grundschulkindern und einem Hund ein voller Erfolg.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in der Toskana war rundum gelungen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war problemlos, er war stets gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Es gibt zwei Bäder, eine Kochmöglichkeit, ein Wohnzimmer und Balkone. Die Einrichtung ist im urigen, älteren Stil gehalten, jedoch mit viel Charme. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Ferienwohnung ist auf Google Maps nicht ganz einfach zu finden, da die Standortangabe etwas ungenau ist. Wenn man jedoch einfach geradeaus weiterfährt, findet man sie problemlos. Was die Toskana allgemein betrifft, muss ich leider mindestens zwei Sterne abziehen – was jedoch nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun hat. Die Küste ist fast vollständig mit Beachclubs zugebaut, sodass es kaum frei zugängliche Strände gibt, um die Natur am Meer zu genießen. Wenn man dann doch einen freien Strand gefunden hat, ist dieser oft ungepflegt. In den Beachclubs zahlt man hingegen täglich 50 bis 60 Euro für einen Platz mit Sonnenschirm und zwei Liegen, was anscheinend in der Toskana üblich ist. Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit mit unseren zwei Kindern und zwei Hunden. Die Unterkunft ist übrigens mit sehr gutem WLAN ausgestattet. Ich bedanke mich beim Besitzer und empfehle die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter.

Découverte de la Toscane

Massa, situé en bord de mer nous a permis de profiter des plaisirs de la plage, de croisières dans les Cinq Terres tout comme de découvrir les vieilles cités fortifiées, le marbre de Carrare, Modène et le temple Ferrari et les beautés historiques et architecturales de Florence et Pise. Un beau séjour même si l'hébergement mériterait un peu de modernité et un bon rafraîchissement et plus de modernité (peintures qui s'écaillent, vieux meubles, canapé jauni et tâches sur couvre-lit). Il serait agréable aux voyageurs d'avoir au moins 1 éponge et un sac poubelle à disposition dès leur arrivée, que toutes les informations nécessaires à trouver l'appartement, comme son numéro dans la rue par exemple, lui soit communiqué à l'avance et qu'il ne découvre pas une fois sur place que l'appartement est au 3ème étage !)

Belle appartement bien placer grand au deuxième étage, quelques précisions a ajouter, noté le numéro 24 de la via Lucca , plus simple pour trouver a l arrivée.sinon très bien équipé. Rajouter a l annonce box internet et TV incluse. Environnement très bruyant, voisin pas de la résidence qui parle très fort et tard le soir, discothèque a ciel ouverte a 500 m environ, de la musique ultra forte jusqu'à 04 h du matin pas très reposant. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat stets schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, gemütlich und hat eine gute Lage. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Im Oktober sind viele Ausflugsziele leider nur am Wochenende geschlossen, dennoch konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen.

Sehr empfehlenswerte FeWo

Wir trafen eine großzügig geschnittene und eingerichtete Wohnung an, sauber und -trotz einiger Gebrauchsspuren in Küche und Esszimmer- sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit Alain klappte hervorragend, auch die Einweisung vor Ort durch einen von Alain Beauftragten war ok. Da die Wohnung im 3. Stock liegt, bekamen wir noch viel Nachmittags-Sonne - im September sehr angenehm. Vermisst haben wir: deutschsprachige Fernsehsender. Ein einziger Stuhl und winziger Klapptisch auf dem Balkon ist auch nur für zwei Personen nicht wirklich ausreichend, dass man den Tag auf dem Balkon sitzend ausklingen lassen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Dans la pinède à côté de la mer

Joli appartement au 2ème étage d’un petit immeuble bien entretenu et entouré par la pinède. Jardin de la propriété bien ombragé. Très proche de la plage à pied ou à vélo (loueur de vélo se trouve à 5 minutes de la location). Les commerces, marchés, restaurants ne sont pas loin non plus et c’est un bonheur de s’y rendre à vélo à travers la pinède où en longeant le bord de mer. Pour des vacances plage et pour visiter dans une ambiance festive!

Super ruhige Wohnung für eine Familie, nah zum Strand

Die Wohnung ist auf einem ruhigen park-ähnlichem Grundstück in der Nähe des Strandes gelegen. Alles, was man braucht (voll ausgestattete Küche, Bäder, 2 Balkone) ist vorhanden. Alles in einem sauberen und funktionsfähigem Zustand. Der Eigentümer war stets bei (kleineren) Problemen erreichbar und hat sie schnell gelöst. Wenn man/frau Ruhe sucht und eine schöne schattige voll ausgestattete Wohnung sucht, ist man hier bestens aufgehoben,

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Vorab… Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Wohnung, Ende Juni bis Anfang Juli. 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind mit 4 Jahren und ein Baby mit 12 Monaten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, groß und liegt sehr ruhig. Mit dem Vermieter war alles sehr unkompliziert, auch während des Aufenthaltes bei Extra Wünschen oder Problemen. Ein sehr netter Vermieter. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Ein elektrischer Wasserkocher hätte uns die Zubereitung der Mahlzeiten (für unser Baby) und Tee etwas vereinfacht. Letztlich aber auch nicht schlimm, man hat sich dann doch schnell dran gewöhnt es mit dem Herd aufzukochen. Das Meer und Strand ist ganz nett, auch der freie Strand kann gut genutzt werden. Da es dort aber keine Toiletten gibt (mit Kindern somit eher schwierig) haben wir unsere Strand Aufenthalte auf einen der vielen Beach Clubs umgeplant. Dafür haben wir dann 50 € pro Tag/Familie bezahlt. Obwohl für Großteil der Schirme und Liegen am gesamten Strand frei waren, sind sie von Einheimischen dauerhaft reserviert. Dadurch hatten wir dann anfangs etwas Probleme einen zu finden der uns trotzdem annimmt. Dieser war dann aber mit Pool und sehr schön. Hatten sehr angenehme Aufenthalte dort. Also letztlich ok aber sollte man sich zumindest darauf einstellen. Was in der Wohnung nicht unbedingt zeitgemäß ist, dass es kein WLAN gibt. Das wäre sicherlich noch eine sinnvolle Investition. Von dort aus kann man auch sehr schöne Tagestouren machen! Zusammengefasst ist die Wohnung super und kann von uns als Familie definitiv weiter empfohlen werden! Grüße aus Stuttgart
