"I cannot say enough about the staff two people in particular Christian and Anita because they were not only helpful they went above and beyond to help us in anything that we needed! Also the complementary breakfast and the young lady who made the bar during happy hour was beyond stellar! Will only stay here when we visit Georgia from now on"

"The location and ambiance of the hotel are definitely top notch! We enjoyed the food court with a variety of options on the second floor and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hiwever, there were a couple of things about the bathroom, we did not like. The toilet paper holder was placed in a very strange place and could barely be reached for use. The bathroom light was so dim, it was a challenge getting ready. The sliding door was ill fitted and left a huge gap- leaving very little privacy to use the restroom and there was no door for the shower- only a half wall, so water splattered out onto the floor. It would have also been nice to warm up leftovers, but there was no microwave in the room. We also paid almost as much for parking, as we did for our stay/room! Probably wouldn’t stay here again for said reasons, but the place IS beautiful and the location fantastic!! "

"Flooring was ripping up throughout the suite. Reserved a high floor and was placed on 2 just above their event center with an active party. Awful experience and over priced for this experience. "

"Breakfast was a bit off the morning we were there. Some hot items were not replenished when container empty, but it's likely because of a disaster that happened when replacing milk in the empty dispenser. Milk went everywhere and the attendant was addressing that issue. "

"The room I received had stains in the carpet as well as the sofa and rips all over the desk chair. Scratches all over the desk, side tables. Assistant manager came to room took pictures to send to his manager. I was given a suite (which did not offer the double beds but a sofa bed and king bed) this was for two night with my son as he was moving out of a dorm. The suite offered no hot water in the shower and frankly I was so grossed out from the wear and tear of the rooms. I tried to get a room at several other hotels but most were sold out for the evenings I needed. You might think getting a suit was better but it was not. It did not accommodate my travel needs. I will not be staying here again."
