"My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached."

"The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back."

"The place is nothing like the pictures and the address does not take you directly to the place. The house is in the middle on nowhere and the house keeper is rude. They didn’t confirm my arrival. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized. Do not book with that place "

There was a minor issue with the water needed for the requested laundry, but aside from that, everything was great. "We loved our stay at this boutique hotel. The place is small but is so clean and well maintained . The manager is really what makes the place he made us feel like we were home, offered us an upgrade to king size bed free, and had our room available early. He gave us his number and acted as our concierge basically said to call him for anything we needed or wanted and he delivered! We sat by the pool and he brought us cold beers told us about places we could go and even offered to get us a driver to take us around ( who ended up being an amazing person as well). The breakfast is made to order and delicious. The staff were attentive and we could access the speaker and play music by the beautiful pool which we enjoyed even at 2am after a night out. I would say that manager Kirby is the highlight here, definitely returning soon Tobago is gorgeous and the people are great my one complaint would be the mattress a little stiff but nothing a foam topper and mattress pad can’t fix. Overall great place, great experience. ❤️❤️❤️"

"Overall, we had a good experience at the Magdalena Grand. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The service we received from the team was appreciated, especially when dealing with an unexpected issue. On our first night, there was a plumbing problem and we were unable to use the water for showering. The issue was resolved later that night, and the staff made an effort to provide alternative arrangements so we could manage while it was being fixed. Their willingness to assist helped make the situation less frustrating. The breakfast was decent and similar to what you would expect at many hotels. The selection was somewhat limited and it was not particularly spectacular, but it was also not disappointing. Overall, the Magdalena Grand provided a pleasant stay. While there were a few areas that could be improved, the cleanliness, friendly staff, and good customer service contributed to an enjoyable experience"
