Great location. Walk to everything we needed to go to. Broadway show and concert at MSG. Subway to 9/11 memorial was close and easy to navigate. Bar on rooftop had a great bartender. Great view! Super friendly staff. They stored our bags when our room wasn’t ready yet so we could explore NYC. Shuttle to airport was on time and quick. Plenty of time! Great place. And quiet.

Easy place to check in and crash for the night. Clean enough for a night. Staff is super super nice. Lower level rooms are in line with the parking lot on both sides so people moving trucks was very loud. But beds were comfy and its in a great spot to get to the lake or Mason City!

Check in was easy and quick. The room was clean, had toilet paper, soaps and shampoo. The tv worked well, Air conditioning was cold, bed was comfy, good water pressure, plus breakfast included. If you're in town and need a place to rest, I'd recommend stopping.

A reasonable place to stay for basic lodging. 1 room was very clean, one not so much. Beds were fine for short (1 night stay). A little softer than referred. We were in town for a funeral, this hotel fit our needs. Staff were fairly responsive. The breakfast was bare basics but adequate.

The staff was very friendly, but the bed had a LARGE divot (basketball-sized), and the coffee was so weak you could see through to the bottom of the cup. The breakfast was also pretty sketchy-looking, so we passed on that. The place was pretty clean, though.

Well the room was cozy and in pretty decent condition. The bathroom water pressure was horrible and the tub had been painted and was endlessly peeling off clogging the shower drain. Aside from that the breakfast bread was hard the boiled egg were old n rubbery. The room was a great price 50$ a nite. The place was very clean and quiet and peaceful I would definitely have loud relationship arguments there again.

This was a go-to hotel for years until conditions deteriorated. We decided to give the place another try and we were very happy we did so! Very clean room and courteous service. We even were able to borrow a phone charging cord when one of ours was missing. Our lone issue is that the accessible/no-steps door by the southwest corner was blocked, and for us as elders (and one person with a disability), it would be helpful to use a ramp and not have to climb steps in the future. Otherwise, we'll be back!

When I first went in to sign in for my room the general manager was very nice in fact everybody there was wonderful they treated us very good the rooms were very clean they always made sure we had towels because we were staying there for five nights And they had a really good breakfast there I would recommend staying there
