"The pool was the highlight of the house. We spent hours in the pool and sitting by it. There are two beaches within walking distance, one a bit closer than the other. The house had everything we needed. The living area was ideal for an active 2 year old and the kitchen was well appointed. The stairs to get upstairs are a little tricky at first, but became much easier after a day. Ruth was easy to work with and answered all my inquiries quickly. "

"This house is marketed as a jewel where Mediterranean charm merges with modern comfort. This might have been true many years ago but not today. The house is generally worn and neglected with door handles falling off, doors that lock back and lots of repairs that have not been done properly. Most of the cabinets smell of mold, and there are visible traces of mold in many rooms. The pool is filthy, the entire tiled area is broken with broken tiles, and then there is one sunbed for eight guests. We...
