They were so friendley that I still remember their names. The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. Totally I'd recomend this hotel if you deserve respect. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. Spa facilities were clean and quite empty so often had it to yourself. Staff were not the most pleasant. Only nice thing was the lady let me check in quite a few hours early which I was massively grateful for.
